Hilarious thing came in the mail today! Apparently, Bell thinks that some customers might be getting a little displeased with their services. So instead of doing anything meaningful and productive, they send me a letter saying:
“Dear Tyler B,
I would like to take a moment to thank you for your business and tell you how much we appreciate you as a client. At Bell Mobility, we work very hard t ensure that you are satisfied with our service.I believe that you should expect nothing less than the best from us. It all starts with giving you access to the best coverage on the fastest and largest mobile network across North America. That network makes it easier for you to enjoy exclusive services such as Canada’s largest mobile music library and HBO TV shows on your phone.
And while we aren’t perfect, we do provide the beset client care service in our industry in Canada. For example, only with Bell do you have the option to have us call you back at a more convenient time. And we also offer more Self serve options than any other carrier, while having a dedicated representative ready to help if you need in-person support.Once again, thank you for being a Bell Mobility client. I hope that our commitment to earning your business means that you will stay with us for years to come.”
My favorite line is we aren’t perfect, but we have people to talk to when you call.
Maybe Bell should start taking complaints seriously and not giving people a ridiculous charge for incoming text messages. Just a thought.
Thanks Bell for providing a service that you know isn’t perfect and apologizing for it instead of fixing it. [/sarcasim]
